Resubmit Returned Transactions

Returned Transactions are submitted transactions that the SLA returned due to some sort of error. The SLA provides a reason for return, so you can make any necessary updates and resubmit the transaction when ready. To access the Returned Transactions, click the Returned Transactions tab on the Quick Info grid or navigate to Returned Transactions tab from Policies tab.

Once the updates have been completed for the transaction, click Submit in the Policy Details.

To resubmit multiple transactions:

  1. Navigate to the Returned Transactions tab from the Quick Info or Policies tab.
  2. Select the available checkboxes of the desired transactions in the Returned Transactions grid.
  3. Click Resubmit Selected Transactions.
Hints:

Instead of resubmitting, you can delete Returned Transactions by clicking the Delete icon for a transaction on the Returned Transactions tab on the Policy Search screen.

You cannot resubmit Transactions with Alerts or Backout Transactions.
